These Terms govern your use of PakBilling software, including our website, web application, and mobile app ("Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service description

PakBilling provides cloud-based point-of-sale and restaurant management tools including billing, kitchen display, inventory, reporting, and optional modules depending on your plan.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.
• Restaurant owners are responsible for staff accounts they create and permissions assigned.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful purposes or to process fraudulent transactions.
• Attempt to access another restaurant's data or bypass security controls.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our systems.
• Resell or sublicense the Services without written permission.

4. Subscription & payment

Fees, billing cycle, and included modules are agreed at signup or in your order form. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access. Prices may change with reasonable notice.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of business data you enter. You grant us a licence to host, process, and display it solely to provide the Services. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and factors outside our control may cause temporary downtime.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PakBilling is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data. Our total liability is limited to fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time from account settings. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or non-payment. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated where practicable.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Pakistan unless otherwise agreed in writing.
